Excessive cleaning, damages and missing items will be charged to your credit card or cleaning/damage fee. You will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury.
Reservations are nonrefundable unless it can be rented to someone else for all dates being canceled. If this is a concern, we suggest you get trip cancellation insurance. There is www.tripinsurancestore.com and AAA has it, I am sure there are many more.
Cancellations must be in writing. A $100.00 administration fee does apply if you cancel. NO cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature or anything beyond our control. Please note that no refunds are given on appliance or utility failures including, cable TV/VCR or hot tubs if applicable.
Neither "In Lake Havasu" nor its owners are responsible for any injuries to any person nor for theft of or damages to personal property or vehicles nor are we responsible for weather or problems it may cause.
No excessive noise, especially at night. This is a quiet complex and no parties allowed.
No smoking allowed inside the rental. No pets anyplace on the complex.
If you violate this you will be asked to vacate the rental immediately and you will forfeit your deposit and rent, plus you will be charged for carpet cleaning and any exra damage the pet may have done.
You are paying cleaning fee, but the rental must be leave reasonabley clean when leaving.
